Admark's commitment to the environment .png)
Most companies now have a requirement to include environmental, social and health and safety considerations when selecting a company with
which to form a partnership.
In 2007 Admark signed up for the EnviroMark programme, New Zealand's leading environmental management solution, developed in New Zealand
by Landcare Research. Later that year we achieved bronze status under the Enviro-Mark certification process. Bronze status focuses primarily on a company’s health and safety systems, and ensures they meet the required standards.
Admark had already identified the need to improve our environmental performance and therefore the next step in the Envioro-Mark process, Silver, dovetailed nicely with this. Silver accreditation focuses primarily on the production of an appropriate environmental policy based on the identification
and management of environmental aspects and impacts.
In March of this year, Admark underwent a third-party audit which resulted in us achieving Enviro-Mark Silver certification. This certification places us amongst a select group of New Zealand businesses that not only say they are doing something for the environment, but actually have credible, third-party verification for these efforts.
It proves that commitment to the environment can be compatible with commercial success, and underwrites our commitment to a cleaner, greener printing process.
We are currently working towards Gold accreditation under the EnviroMark programme.
