Admark was approached and sponsored by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise to undertake the lean manufacturing programme, and was one of three companies who participated in the pilot programme in the Waikato. We are totally committed to the continuation of the lean manufacturing process and are proud to be able to share the resultant benefits with our clients.

The major aim of lean manufacturing is to reduce waste in all its forms; motion, waiting, over-production, defects, over-processing, unnecessary transportation, inventory etc. Essentially, it aims to provide more value for less work. Each and every process in our production flow has been analysed and improvements have been made wherever possible.
